Getting control over your symptoms isn’t easy.  It takes time to identify and understand the triggers for you personally and learn new food choices and habits that can help you.  Changes in nutrition and lifestyle take time and in my experience need support too.

I understand and can work with you over a period of eight weeks or more to guide and educate you to manage your body. Start now and learn what works for your body so that you can focus on other aspects of your life.

Programme Content

Every programme starts by confirming your health goals and undertaking an in depth review of your health history and significant life events to consider symptoms, diet, medical history, family history, lifestyle and stress.
The functional health review considers your symptoms, current diet and takes into account the functioning of your whole body to make personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. A prioritised plan is agreed for all programmes.

    Additional Programmes

    Digestive Rescue
    8 week programme

    If you are suffering daily with digestive distress (e.g. daily diarrhoea, nausea, reflux, a reaction to most meals) and your symptoms are causing you significant pain, hindering your daily life, and restricting your ability to go out, then this programme is designed to help you.
    The programme provides weekly support in month one (after an initial 90 minutes consultation) to prioritise stopping or reducing your digestive distress symptoms. In the second month, fortnightly support enables you to begin a journey to heal your digestive system and supports the return to a more normal eating pattern if possible.

    Muscle and Pain Support
    8 week programme

    If you suffer daily with muscle and/or joint pain that impact your mobility, sleep, and your everyday life activities like dressing, showering, making a cup of tea then this programme is designed to help you.
    The programme provides weekly support in month one (after an initial 90 minutes consultation) to help you use anti-inflammatory nutrition and lifestyle factors to lessen your pain. In the second month, fortnightly support continues to work with reducing inflammation in your whole body based on a personalised food plan.

    Wellbeing Coaching

    Do you feel stuck? Maybe it’s your physical health like energy, fitness, digestion, or other factors in your life (stress, poor sleep, restricted movement, family tension) that impact how you feel, or stops you doing things you want to do.
    Coaching is a process to help you unblock barriers, see new choices and gain flexibility in your life. I invite you to enjoy the journey of exploration with me to gain new insight and work towards your health goals.
    This programme of three monthly sessions explores your wheel of life and focuses on a priority goal for your wellbeing.
